Two doors. Pick yours.

For parents My kid's grades were bad. Is it too late?Built, not born. One exam doesn't get the final say. +
Our philosophy

We believe people are built, not born. And that one exam result should never decide the rest of your life.

When the aircond dies in a hot office, nobody looks at the certificate frame on the wall. They look at how fast you find the fault.

Why we built this+

So we built a place to prove it.

An education this important should never be locked behind money. That's why up to one in three seats in every cohort has tuition fully sponsored, for students from B40 families, orphaned youth, and young Malaysians who simply need a chance.

One day, we hope every seat can be tuition-free. Until then, that's the fight we're in.

The system has spent too long deciding who is "smart" and who isn't. We've seen enough. We're here to prove it wrong.

Open to all
No money, no connections, no problem.

Why this trade matters

The one job a robot can't take.

AI can write essays. It still can't fix an air-conditioner.

Don't take our word for it. Lee Kuan Yew called air conditioning one of the most important inventions in history. In June 2026, the richest man alive, Elon Musk, called him a genius for it.

A trade the world will always need. This is what we train.

For parents Isn't TVET just for kids who couldn't make it?Four truths, and none of them are your fault. +
The problem

Four truths about trade education in Malaysia.

None of them are the student's fault.

01 / The Price

The Price

+

Not every family can afford RM40,000 to RM50,000 and four years at university. Some need a path that starts earning sooner.

02 / The Stigma

The Stigma

+

People say TVET is for students who aren't smart. Then they call a technician when the air-conditioner stops working.

03 / The Pace

The Pace

+

A certificate takes two years, and the syllabus is outdated before you finish. The trade moves faster than the classroom.

04 / The Skills Gap

The Skills Gap

+

Malaysia has enough graduates. What we're missing... are people who can actually fix things.

For students I want to earn. Now.Studying is not for me. Money is. +

You sign up for an app. You drive. Cash comes in that same week. Feels good.

Ten years later: same RM50 for 40km. The app sets the price, not you. That's the plateau.

And everyone in Malaysia can drive. You're competing with the whole country.

Aircond? Machines everywhere. Skilled hands, few. Fewer rivals. Higher price. Every skill raises it.

Need more than the numbers? Here are 4.

Hands-On Learning

You don't watch someone fix it. You fix it, mentor at your shoulder, system in your hand.

A Tech-First Trade School

We built our own learning app. Every lesson is a quest, every skill you prove levels you up, and you always know exactly what comes next.

Hiring Partners

Top performers walk into interviews with the people who hire.

Every seat is earned the same way, in the Spark. For B40 families and orphaned youth, up to 30% of each cohort, tuition is fully sponsored once that seat's earned. No grades, no connections, just the will to show up.

Open equally to men and women.

Put a skill in a daughter's hands and you rewrite a family's story in a single generation.

Four months. No fluff.

Your Own Boss

Uncapped

Or go further. Start your own outfit, hire your own crew, and give others the same shot that changed your life.

You build something with your own name on it.

These are real ranges, not a guarantee. Keep learning, keep your clients happy.

You could earn this driving the apps today. But the apps stay flat. A trade climbs.

And the climb never stops.

Somewhere in Malaysia right now, a 19-year-old is being told he's not university material.

"Tak pandai.""SPM tak bagus.""Masuk TVET je.""Bukan budak uni."

To the kid who was told university was the only way.

To the parent who just wants a future for their child.

To the technician who's been invisible for too long.

We see you.

And this is for you.

One more reason we are extra special.

No one can verify your skill level. We can.

The Skill Passport

We can't choose your boss. But we can make sure your skills speak for themselves.

Every skill you prove is recorded. Every competency, verified.

Think of it like your Insta, but for your hands: every skill you prove is a post that can't be faked. Or think rank: you can't buy rank, you climb it, and everyone can see where you stand.

And for your parents: a resume that cannot lie. It travels with you for life. New employer, new city, your own business one day, your proof goes where you go.

Built, not born.

* And it doesn't stop at graduation. The more you unlock at Fixers, the more your passport fills. One technician, many trades.

The Spark
Day zero · 3 to 5 days

You can't buy your way in.

Paying or sponsored, everyone starts the same. Three to five days decide if you get a seat. Not what you know. How you show up. No cable. No shortcuts. Only one thing counts: how hard you'll work.

We can teach you the trade. We can't teach you this.

Experience, we don't care about. Attitude, we take dead seriously. This is what The Spark is really watching for.

  • You show up. On time, every time.
  • You keep your word. If you say it, you do it.
  • You don't quit when it gets hard.
  • You'd rather get better than look good.
  • You own your mistakes and fix them.
  • You respect the work, the tools, and the people doing it.

Our promise

We're just getting started.

We don't have thousands of graduates yet. We don't have decades of history.

What we do have is a deep belief that talent is everywhere and opportunity isn't.

We'll publish our outcomes. We'll share our failures.

And we'll keep building until every young Malaysian with the will to work has a place to start.

Questions

Got questions? Straight answers.

Fixers is for people who are willing to work. Not the richest. Not the smartest. Not the most connected. Just the ones ready to build something better for themselves and the people they love.

None. The Forge is designed for complete beginners. If you're willing to show up and work hard, you qualify to try.

You don't need to be the top student in your class. You don't need perfect grades. You need discipline, curiosity, and the willingness to work. We care more about grit than grades.

No. This is for anyone who wants to build a real skill and a real career. Some people choose university. Others choose a trade. Neither path is better. They're simply different.

RM6,000 RM4,800 for Batches 1 to 3. Founding price. When the founding batches are done, so is the price.

Deposit plus three monthly instalments. Zero interest.

Why cheaper than a private college? No campus, no filler, no admin army. Your money buys mentors, machines, copper and refrigerant. Nothing else.

Tools and uniform are separate, yours to keep. Still out of reach? Up to 30% of every cohort trains fully sponsored.

Free is real. But look at the clock.

You and your friend start today. Him: the free route, 2 years. You: 4 months, RM6,000.

Month 5: you're working. RM1,700 to RM2,200 a month. Him? Still in class. Still earning RM0.

By his graduation, you've banked a year of paychecks. RM20,000 or more. Course paid off many times over.

So which one was really free? "Percuma" bukan percuma.

If money is the only thing standing in your way, apply anyway. We'll do everything we can to help. Talent should never be wasted because of money.

Sponsored seats go first to B40 families and documented orphans. No shame in asking. That's exactly what they're for.

Not B40, but genuinely can't afford it? Apply anyway and tell us. Longer instalments, a later batch while you save, partial support. We work it case by case.

One rule never bends: everyone earns their seat in the Spark first. Money decides how you pay, never whether you're in.

Yes. Same Spark, same training, same seats.

This work is skill, not muscle. Women fix airconds as well as anyone.

Put a skill in a daughter's hands and the whole family rises.

Safety is the first thing we teach, not an afterthought. Electrical practice, refrigerant handling, and site protocols are drilled from day one, under supervision, to real industry standards. Nobody touches a live system unprepared. We train professionals, not cowboys.

Two different things. The Spark is a real gate. It's about attitude, not skill. Not your moment? Come back. Once you're in, failing a module isn't the end. You redo it, get support, and keep moving. The only thing we don't accept is quitting.

Two honest answers.

Internationally: your training runs on a curriculum endorsed by TQUK, a UK awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual, the UK regulator.

Locally: no MQA, no JPK. What you learn covers much of the same ground as the national skill standards (NOSS) for this trade, and if you want the government's paper later, your Skill Passport becomes your evidence file for SKM through JPK's recognition-of-prior-achievement route. We'll help you file it.

But the recognition that matters is the person hiring you. That's the Skill Passport: every skill proven, on real machines, checkable in minutes. Our goal: make it the proof employers ask for by name.

Training Qualifications UK, a UK awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual, the UK regulator, and part of the AQA group, one of Britain's biggest exam boards. They've reviewed and endorsed our curriculum against UK standards.

Every other trade school in Malaysia is blue, grey, industrial. We chose pink on purpose. The moment you see it, you know this isn't what you were told to expect.

A verified record of every skill you've proven. Not what you've studied, what you've actually done. Think of it like your Insta, but for your hands: every entry is a post that can't be faked. It travels with you for life, and new trades keep unlocking as you climb.

We don't sell jobs. We make you worth hiring. Top performers walk into interviews with our hiring partners.

Every graduate leaves with proof: your Fixers certification and a verified Skill Passport.

Starting pay runs RM1,700 to RM2,200 a month. The programme pays for itself in your first three months of work. Then the climb continues. See The Climb →

Become a hiring partner. You get first look at every graduating cohort: technicians trained hands-on, on real machines, with every skill verified on a Skill Passport you can check for yourself. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Become an ambassador. Share our story. Sponsor a seat. Refer someone who needs this. The fight doesn't need a title. Just people who believe talent deserves a chance.
